We are very proud to announce the launch of preorders
for the forthcoming Conan
split LP, released April 22nd. No t-shirts, no colour variations, just doom and sludge on heavyweight black vinyl
Released in celebration of the bands forthcoming UK tour, Conan and Bongripper are real men who know how to use real amps and really detune to drop F. In other words they are actually good, for people with a modicum of patience and taste.
Delivering just a single track each, yet still clocking in at a cumulative running time of just under 30 minutes, this is an expansive miasma of molten hellfire harking back to the spirit and ethos of where Holy Roar Records started with releases such as the Bloody Panda/Kay Dot split 12”.
Whilst Conan unravel a taut, concise proboscidean refrain to its heaviest expanses over 17 minutes, Bongripper indulge us with electronic and noise flourishes before unleashing slurries of depth-charge anti-shred upon us.
There is nothing here for the frail. Come forth thou mighty riff.
